3.1 ae999 Services are available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain a Player Account:

4.1 Each individual is entitled to register and maintain one Player Account only at ae999. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 When registering a Player Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. ae999 relies on this information for KYC compliance, payment processing, and responsible gaming obligations. Providing false or misleading registration information is a ground for immediate account closure.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ae999 Player Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ae999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Player Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

11.3 ae999's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of ae999 Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ae999 Player Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 ae999 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond ae999's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or acts of third-party payment providers.
12.1 A Player may request closure of their ae999 Player Account at any time by contacting ae999 support via live chat. Upon verification of the Player's identity, ae999 will close the account and return the Player's Real Money Balance, subject to any pending withdrawal requests being processed in accordance with these Terms.
12.2 ae999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where ae999 determines that a Player has breached these Terms, where required to do so by its licensing authority, or where ae999 deems closure necessary to protect the integrity of its platform or the safety of other players.

14.1 ae999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
